Early in my career, I faced an intriguing challenge. As Zappos's first talent sourcing leader, I was eager to demonstrate the value my team could add by advancing our sourced candidates to the offer stage. Despite being qualified, available, and interested in the oppurtunity, initially, our candidates did not pass the crucial culture fit interview.
